Tips for a smooth transition:
1.) All residents receive a move in package and clear instructions for move in day. Boston is busy with thousands of residents moving into homes and we want to ensure our residents are well prepared in advance.
2.) We meet with all residents, facilitating and answering any questions and common FAQ's.
3.) We ensure that the resident knows how to sign up for utilities, pay rent, and how to submit maintenance requests.
4.) Communication is key, we ensure that the resident can reach out to you in the future.
