Here's a quick story from earlier this month. We have a 50+ unit renovation, total gut, overhaul project underway! We are transforming the building into a short term housing.
Many moving parts, contractors are in and out of the building trying to renovate the building as efficiently as possible.
Fast forward to last night, there was a leak in the bathroom and was found to be caused by a broken pipe!
We called our plumbers and they arrived on scene within an hour to shut off the water and make the repairs!
